本文对卵叶远忠Polygala sibirica L.根的化学成分进行研究。应用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS柱以及半制备液相色谱进行分离和纯化,应用波谱技术确定化合物的结构。从卵叶远志根中分离鉴定了12个化合物,分别是:tenuifoliside A (1),tenuifoliside B(2),glomeratose A(3),3,6-二-O-芥子酰基蔗糖(4),sibiricose A_5(5),sibiricose A_6(6),sibiricose A_1(7),sibiricose A_2(8),polygalatenoside E(9),1-O-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-O-(6→1)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-水杨酸甲酯(10),canthoside A(11),3,4,5-三甲氧基肉桂酸甲酯(12)。化合物11首次从远志属中分离得到,化合物2,9,10和12均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
In this paper, the chemical constituents of Polygala sibirica L. were studied. Silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS column and semi-preparative liquid chromatography were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were determined by spectroscopic techniques. Twelve compounds were isolated and identified from the leaves of Polygala tenuifolia: tenuifoliside A (1), tenuifoliside B (2), glomeratose A (3), 3,6-di-O-mustardosylsucrose (4), sibiricose (6 → 1) -β-D (7), sibiricose A_2 (8), polygalatenoside E -Glucopyranosyl-methyl salicylate (10), canthoside A (11), methyl 3,4,5-trimethoxycinnamate (12). Compound 11 was isolated from Polygalaceae for the first time. Compounds 2, 9, 10 and 12 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
