目前疫苗是人们防御各种传染病的主要手段,而疫苗的生产中,除了乙肝病毒的基因工程生产之外,其他的病毒类疫苗都需要借助细胞培养的方式来实现生产,通过人工的减毒灭活而形成制剂。本文在总结了当前的动物细胞培养技术的发展现状的同时,依托《中华人民共和国药典》的预防类制药方面的内容,对细胞培养技术用于病毒疫苗的生产展开了分析研究,提出了关键的培养技术事项/、培养方法,对该技术进行总结和展望。
