世界各地族际政治互动的历史经验不同 ,由此形成的族际政治理论或理念也不相同。西方民族主义古典理论所宣扬的“一个人民 ,一个国民 ,一个国家”之理念 ,是对西欧族际政治经验的片面总结 ,不合乎西欧族际政治的事实 ,更不合乎世界各地普遍是多族体国家的事实。民族主义古典理论并未如理想的那样解决了族际政治问题 ,相反却是引发族际冲突的诱因。今日各国处理族际关系的不同模式 ,是族际政治实践的当代发展 ,预示多民族国家理念必将成为族际政治思想的主流。 2 1世纪的政治学需要对多民族国家框架下的族际政治实践继续进行理论上的解释。
The historical experiences of inter-ethnic political interaction in various parts of the world are different, and the resulting theories or ideas of inter-ethnic politics are not the same. The concept of “one people, one nation, one country” preached by the classical theory of Western nationalism is a one-sided summary of the political experience of ethnic groups in Western Europe. It is not in conformity with the fact of inter-ethnic politics in Western Europe, and more generally with the fact that many ethnic groups The facts of the country. The classical theory of nationalism did not solve the inter-ethnic political issue as ideal, but instead it was the inducement of inter-ethnic clashes. The different modes of handling inter-ethnic relations in various countries today are the contemporary development of inter-ethnic political practice, indicating that the concept of a multi-ethnic country will surely become the mainstream of inter-ethnic political thinking. Political science in the 21st century needs to continue explaining the theory of inter-ethnic politics in the framework of a multi-ethnic state.
