对TND-1无污染低温盐浴钒氮硫共渗(以下称特种耐磨软氮化工艺)进行了较系统的研究。SEM和X射线分析证实了共渗层中钒、氮、硫和碳的存在,并查明其存在形态。由于钒的渗入,用TND-1工艺处理的45钢和W18Cr4V钢表层硬度较硫氮碳共渗层的有显著提高。磨损试验表明,TND-1处理层比硫氮碳共渗层具有更强的耐磨和抗磨料磨损能力。
TND-1 non-polluting low-temperature salt bath vanadium nitrogen-sulfur-osmosis (hereinafter referred to as special wear-resistant soft nitriding process) conducted a more systematic study. SEM and X-ray analysis confirmed the existence of vanadium, nitrogen, sulfur and carbon in the co-diffusion layer, and ascertained its existing form. Due to the infiltration of vanadium, the surface hardness of 45 steel and W18Cr4V steel treated with TND-1 process is significantly higher than that of the nitrocarburized layer. Abrasion tests show that the TND-1 treated layer is more wear-resistant and abrasion-resistant than the nitrocarburized layer.
