荧光原位杂交技术(FISH)因具有快速、灵敏、准确、特异性强等特点,在胚胎种植前遗传学诊断(PGD)中发挥重要作用。随辅助生殖技术、分子生物学等相关学科的进展,FISH技术得到不断改进,出现了多重杂交、快速杂交、原位PCR、光谱显像分析等衍生技术,使PGD更灵敏、有效。现就FISH技术在PGD中应用的国外状况做一综述。
Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) plays an important role in preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) due to its rapid, sensitive, accurate and specific properties. With the progress of related reproductive technology, molecular biology and other related disciplines, FISH technology has been continuously improved, there have been multiple hybridization, rapid hybridization, in situ PCR, spectral imaging analysis and other derivative technologies, PGD more sensitive and effective. Now the FISH technology in the application of PGD abroad to do a review.
