目的 :观察络泰对 2 6例糖尿病合并下肢血管病变的疗效。方法 :选择 2 6例糖尿病合并下肢血管病变的住院病人 ,用 0 .9%生理盐水 ( NS) 50 0 ml+络泰 0 .4g静脉滴注 1个疗程 ,观察治疗前后病人的自觉症状、下肢血管多普勒、血脂等血液学检查的变化。结果 :络泰能改变患者的临床症状、扩张下肢血管、改善下肢血流 ,无严重不良反应。结论 :络泰对糖尿病合并下肢血管病变者有较好疗效。
Objective: To observe the curative effects of Luotai on 26 cases of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease. Methods: Twenty-six inpatients with diabetes mellitus and lower extremity vascular disease were enrolled in this study. Patients were treated with 0.9% NS (NS) 50 ml + Luo Tai 0.4g intravenously for one course of treatment to observe the patients’ symptoms before and after treatment, Doppler, blood lipids and other hematological changes. Results: Luotai can change the clinical symptoms of patients, expand the lower extremity blood vessels, improve the lower limb blood flow, no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion: Luo Thai diabetic patients with lower extremity vascular lesions have a good effect.
