以电煅无烟煤、熟碎、沥青焦为骨料,改质沥青、煤焦油和环氧树脂为复合粘结剂制备了铝电解用炭间糊,采用物理力学性能、电性能及膨胀/收缩率测试,同步热分析仪和扫描电镜研究了环氧树脂添加量对制备炭间糊体积密度、耐压强度、电阻率等性能的影响。结果表明,随着环氧树脂含量的增加,制备炭间糊的体积密度、电阻率及膨胀/收缩率有所下降,耐压强度大幅度增加,膨胀/收缩和失重过程有明显变化,微观结构由无序层片状结构逐渐向有序纤维状结构转变。采用沥青/树脂复合粘结剂制备的炭间糊的基本性能和膨胀/收缩率均符合YS/T 65—2012标准要求。
The carbon paste for aluminum electrolysis was prepared by using electric calcined anthracite, shredded and pitch coke as the aggregate, modified pitch, coal tar and epoxy resin as the composite binder.
