Globally, disease outbreaks caused by virus-contaminated water sources continue to occur [1-2]. The deterioration of the water environment provides a good habitat for viruses in water bodies, and the presence of pathogenic viruses in water bodies is a serious threat to human health. Due to the small amount of virus in water, the titer is very low, it is generally difficult to detect it directly, and it is often necessary to enrich and concentrate in advance. The best way to monitor viruses in water is to simply, quickly, economically and reproducibly. Therefore, many technologies have been developed and optimized but it is still difficult to meet the need to detect all water-borne viruses present in nature and man-made facilities.
