研究了稀土元素Ce对Fe-6Al-3.5C-1.3Si铸铁的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,Ce的加入改善了合金的室温强度和塑性,并在合金中起到脱硫、脱氧,抑制晶粒长大,使石墨球化等作用。通过850℃恒温氧化动力学曲线测定及氧化膜分析查明,Ce改变了氧化模的结构和相组成,增加了氧化膜的粘附性,提高了合金的抗氧化性能。
The effect of rare earth element Ce on microstructure and properties of Fe-6Al-3.5C-1.3Si cast iron was studied. The results show that the addition of Ce improves the room temperature strength and plasticity of the alloy, and plays the role of desulfurization, deoxidation, grain growth inhibition and graphite spheroidization in the alloy. The results of oxidation kinetic curve and oxidation at 850 ℃ showed that Ce changed the structure and phase composition of the oxidation mold, increased the adhesion of the oxide film and improved the oxidation resistance of the alloy.
