呋喃西林盐酸麻黄素滴鼻液(简称呋麻滴鼻剂)通常以水为溶媒配制。使用时作用快,维持药效时间短,一日需滴数次,同时由于水溶液流动性大,局部滞留时间短,滴药后,药液易流向咽部,产生苦感。我们在处方中增加了,聚乙烯醇和甘油,便克服了上述缺点。处方:呋喃西林0.02g、盐酸麻黄素1.0g、氯化钠0.6g、聚乙烯醇_(-124)4.0g、甘油5.0g、蒸馏水至100ml。
