使用PIAS(光子计数图象采集系统),记录了大麦品种Igri种子萌发期的超微弱光子辐射现象,对这种混在强噪声中的光子辐射进行处理后获得了清晰的发光图象。研究表明:对生物系统的超微弱光子辐射进行二维成象,可以比时间域一维探测获得更多的生理信息。采用数字图象处理技术,选择合适的阈值亮度,可以把光子辐射和噪声有效地区分开。
Using PIAS (Photon Counting Image Acquisition System), we recorded the ultraweak photon radiation during the germination of the barley variety Igri, and obtained clear luminescence images after photon radiation mixed with strong noise. The research shows that two-dimensional imaging of ultra-weak photon radiation in biological systems can acquire more physiological information than the one-dimensional detection in time domain. The use of digital image processing technology, select the appropriate threshold brightness, photon radiation and noise can be effectively separated.
