企业的职工培训是确保企业在竞争激烈的市场中获胜的关键。加强职工培训,提升企业的整体学习能力与创新能力,这有助于企业保障其持久的竞争优势。随着现代管理理念的不断更新,我国多数企业都认识到企业学习能力与创新在企业业绩增长中的优势,基于此,企业要采取有效的培训手段强化职工培训,提升企业的竞争优势。本文以我国企业职工培训的现状为切入点,借鉴国际先进培训经验,分析了现代企业培训模式的创新。
Employee training in enterprises is the key to ensuring that the company wins in a highly competitive market.
