回扣问题自中国旅游业发展以来,已经有20余载的历史,随着广大消费者维权意识的觉醒和旅游市场的开发,引发了社会广泛关注和舆论,对社会经济秩序造成了一定程度影响。本文从旅游回扣的内涵出发,通过对旅行社、旅游者、旅游行政管理部门的综合分析,说明这一现象存在的原因,提出相应的对策,以供借鉴。
Since the development of China’s tourism industry, there has been more than 20 years of history of the rebate. With the awakening of consumers’ rights awareness and the development of the tourism market, widespread concern and public opinion have been caused in the society and the social and economic order has been affected to a certain extent. Based on the connotation of the tourism rebate, this article explains the reasons of this phenomenon through the comprehensive analysis of travel agencies, tourists and tourism administrative departments, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for reference.
