目的探讨Y染色体异常与疾病的关系。方法采用外周血淋巴细胞G显带技术、C显带技术以及基因检测技术,对遗传咨询患者进行遗传学检查。结果检出Y染色体异常220例,其中大Y 206例,小Y 2例,染色体结构异常12例。临床主要表现为男性不育,其妻习惯性流产,其妻有死胎史,其妻有畸型儿生育史等。结论Y染色体异常是男性不育、其妻不良孕产的重要因素,大Y染色体核型与生育异常、男性不育有一定的关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Y chromosome abnormalities and diseases. Methods The peripheral blood lymphocyte G-banding technique, C-banding technique and gene detection technique were used to carry out genetic tests on genetic counseling patients. Results Y chromosome abnormalities were detected in 220 cases, including 206 large Y, 2 small Y and 12 chromosomal abnormalities. The main clinical manifestations of male infertility, his wife habitual abortion, his wife has a history of stillbirth, his wife has a history of abnormal childbearing and so on. Conclusion Y chromosome abnormalities are male infertility, an important factor of his wife’s bad pregnancy, large Y chromosome karyotype and fertility abnormalities, male infertility have a certain relationship.
