矿山井巷施工中,以竖井的难度最大。而竖井施工又以盲竖井最为困难、复杂。因为它没有宽阔的场地,只能利用狭窄的巷道和峒室作为工业场地。因此,盲竖井施工中提绞设备的布置,需要井建工作者认真加以考虑。现以田湖铁矿梅石山盲竖井为例,介绍我们的一些做法。 梅石山矿段采用平峒盲竖井开拓,平峒口至盲竖井口距离1400米,井筒内径4.5米,井口标高228.281米,井深238米,上部为提升塔、高19.5米,采用1.85×4多绳摩擦轮提升。 由于井筒断面小,施工设备尽量简化,经反复考虑,一共需要15台绞车、稳车进行悬吊,井筒断面布置如图1所示。提绞设备见下
