Cr1 2 Mo1 V1 钢轧辊的表面硬度偏低 ,系残余奥氏体量过多所致。通过深冷处理可使部分残余奥氏体转变为马氏体 ,从而提高了表面硬度。并对金相法评定残余奥氏体的局限性进行了探讨
Cr1 2 Mo1 V1 steel roll surface hardness is low, the Department of residual austenite is too much. By cryogenic treatment can be part of the retained austenite into martensite, thereby increasing the surface hardness. The limitations of metallographic method for the determination of residual austenite were also discussed
