目前,在地震设防区的砖混建筑中,钢筋混凝土构造柱的做法是砌墙角时留下一层高的垂直缺口,等该层砌完再放钢筋笼子、立侧模并浇灌混凝土。这种工艺操作繁杂,模板固定困难,容易胀模,以致柱形不正,柱面与砖墙面不易保持一致;特别是不能连续砌筑墙体,形成分段墙片,在浇筑前不易保持稳定和严格的垂直度,影响工程进度。为克服上述缺陷,我们在江苏省建筑科学研究所指导下,提出了预制与现浇组合的构造
At present, in the brick-concrete buildings in the fortified area of earthquakes, the practice of reinforced concrete structural columns is to leave a high vertical gap at the corner of the masonry wall. After this layer is laid, the steel cages, vertical side molds and concrete are poured. This kind of process is complicated, the fixing of the template is difficult, and it is easy to expand the mold so that the column shape is not correct, and the cylindrical surface is not consistent with the surface of the brick wall; in particular, it is not possible to continuously masonize the wall to form a segmented wall sheet, and it is difficult to maintain stability before pouring. And strict verticality affects the progress of the project. In order to overcome the above defects, we have proposed a prefabrication and cast-in-place construction under the guidance of the Jiangsu Institute of Building Science.
