解放军总医院与中国科技大学联合研制的抗菌药物利用与医院感染流行病学软件系统(AA-NIES),系用DBASE语言和C语言混合编程而成。它采用了弹出式、下拉式窗口及快速统计算法、快速查询算法等技术,该软件包含科室分类、医院感染分类、不良反应分类、药物分类、疾病名称、细菌名称等8个代码库,能进行查询输入、删除、统计、拷贝临床病例等功能并能自动打印相应的统计表格。主要用于调查医院内抗菌药物的使用情况,统计分析医院感染发生率及医院感染发生的危险因素,评价抗菌药物利用的合理性,纠正不良用药倾向。它可供进行大样本流行病学调查时应用。
The Anti-Bacterial Drug Utilization and Hospital Infection Epidemiology Software System (AA-NIES), jointly developed by PLA General Hospital and China University of Science and Technology, is a hybrid programming of DBASE language and C language. It uses pop-up, drop-down windows and fast statistical algorithms, fast query algorithm and other technologies, the software includes departmental classification, nosocomial infection classification, adverse reaction classification, drug classification, name of the disease, the name of the bacteria 8 code base, Query input, delete, statistics, copy clinical cases and other functions and can automatically print the corresponding statistical tables. Mainly used to investigate the use of antimicrobial drugs in hospitals, statistical analysis of the incidence of nosocomial infections and nosocomial infection risk factors to evaluate the rational use of antimicrobial agents, to correct the adverse drug predisposition. It is available for large sample epidemiological investigations.
