根据国内外的经验和卡拉干达煤炭科学研究所进行的研究和现场试验证明,在卡拉干达矿区用聚合材料能提高采煤技术经济指标和改善采掘工作的安全条件。目前矿区采用聚合材料主要有两种趋向:一种是用以合成树脂为基的化学固结剂加固不稳定的岩层和煤体;另一种是以成卷的玻璃纤维板为基础的准备巷道的支护手段。采用这些办法可以减少随着采深不断增加而出现的矿山地质方面的不利因素(岩层裂隙、地压破煤、底鼓和构造破坏等)所造成的有害影响。
According to the domestic and international experience and the Karaganda Institute of Coal Research conducted by the field research and experiments show that the use of polymeric materials in the Karakanda mine can raise the technical and economic indicators of coal mining and improve the mining safety conditions. At present, there are two major trends in using polymeric materials in mining areas: one is the use of synthetic resin-based chemical consolidating agents to stabilize unstable rock and coal; the other is the use of a roll of fiberglass- Support means. Adopting these measures can reduce the detrimental effects caused by unfavorable geological conditions of mines (rock fractures, surface-breaking of coal, bottom drums and structural damage, etc.) as mining depth increases.
