传媒业目前的困境只是整个传媒产业创新的上半场,更大的变化将在2019年后全面降临。2019年,互联网迎来50岁生日,标志着传媒产业创新下半场的开端。传媒产业创新下半场具有三大特点:受众为有价值内容付费的前提已经具备,传媒业积极准备提供全新内容;传媒业内所有海量、机械的工作将被淘汰,只有直接服务于人的职位得以保留;传媒业必须跨界学习,向投行和互联网公司学习运营,尤其是试错和冒险。在新一轮产业创新中,坚持以人为本的传播原则是传媒业的生存之道。只有为受众提供有价值信息,传媒业才能华丽转身,引领信息消费。
