目的:了解浙江省湖州市中心医院普外科医务人员运用营养风险筛查2002工具对营养风险筛查的认知现状。方法:采用问卷调查的方式,了解浙江省湖州市中心医院普外科医务人员对营养风险筛查相关问题的态度。结果:营养问题是医务人员较为关注的;存在的不足表现在营养评价、营养筛查方法等方面。结论:应加强对医护人员有关营养风险筛查相关知识的培训,推行科学的营养评价和营养筛查方法,切实履行营养临床指南。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the status quo of awareness of nutrition risk screening using the 2002 Nutritional Risk Screening by general surgical staff in Huzhou Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted to understand the attitudes of general surgical staff in Zhejiang Huzhou Central Hospital to nutrition risk screening related issues. Results: The problem of nutrition is more concerned by medical staffs; the deficiencies are manifested in nutrition evaluation, nutrition screening methods and so on. CONCLUSIONS: Training should be strengthened on the relevant knowledge of nutrition risk screening among medical staffs, the implementation of scientific nutrition evaluation and nutrition screening methods, and the effective implementation of nutrition clinical guidelines.
