将CHO-772株细胞分别加入五种10％牛血清的培养基中进行培养,结果提示,添加胎牛血清的培养基最适于该株细胞生长,添加混合小牛血清较添加单个小牛血清优越。而该株细胞 在添加大牛血清的培养基中未见生长。
The CHO-772 cells were cultured in the medium of five kinds of 10% bovine serum respectively. The results showed that the medium supplemented with fetal bovine serum was the most suitable for the growth of the strain. Compared with the addition of a single bovine serum superior. The strain did not grow in medium supplemented with calf serum.
