以兰州百合为试材,采用单因素随机区组设计和正交设计,研究了NAA、IAA、IBA、6-BA、2,4-D、GA36种植物生长调节剂及6-BA、NAA、2,4-D不同浓度配合对其鳞片扦插繁殖小鳞茎的影响。结果表明:植物生长调节剂能促进兰州百合鳞片扦插繁殖小鳞茎。180d后,200mg/L IBA处理的百合鳞片扦插繁殖系数最高,达到5.50,比对照高153.46%。综合分析,在激素配合处理中,6-BA 20mg/L+NAA 200mg/L+2,4-D 30mg/L处理,繁殖系数最高,平均为2.20;6-BA10mg/L+NAA 100mg/L+2,4-D 20mg/L处理,生成的小鳞茎重量最大,平均为1.83g/瓣,生产量最高,为3.16g/个。
