本文观察内毒素血症大鼠心肌细胞,以及体外和内毒素孵育的大鼠心肌细胞与不同理化特性的脂质体的相互作用。结果发现,内毒素血症大鼠心肌细胞总摄脂量减少17%~27%,内吞能力降低52%~81%,融合摄取减少25%~77%,但稳定吸附量无明显改变。除液态正电荷脂质体外,细胞与脂质体膜的脂质交换过程显著增强。离体情况下内毒素对心肌细胞与脂质体相互作用的效应与上述结果趋于一致。结果提示,内毒素可直接作用于心肌细胞,改变其功能特征。
In this paper, we observed the interaction between cardiomyocytes from endotoxemia rats and cardiomyocytes incubated with endotoxin in vitro and liposomes with different physicochemical properties. The results showed that total lipids of cardiomyocytes decreased by 17% -27%, endocytosis ability decreased by 52% -81%, and fusion uptake decreased by 25% -77%, but there was no obvious change of stable adsorption amount. In addition to the liquid positively charged liposomes, the lipid exchange process between the cell and the liposomal membrane is significantly enhanced. The effect of endotoxin on cardiomyocyte-liposome interaction in vitro is in agreement with the above results. The results suggest that endotoxin can act directly on myocardial cells, changing its functional characteristics.
