英语阅读是初中学生在英语学习中不可缺少的一部分,在英语教学中占重要地位,在我国各省市中考题型中(总分130分)占20-40分的比例。我们都知道,在现代社会不会学习是文盲,其中学会阅读是至关重要的。由此可见英语阅读的重要性。在英语教学重要性凸显的今天,面对我国中学英语教学存在的严重弊端,如何提高学生的英语阅读能力,已经成为教育界关注的一个课题。本文将结合外语教学心理学中关于阅读过程的有关理论,探讨阅读教学的特征及其基本教学要求。
English reading is an indispensable part of junior high school students learning English and occupies an important position in English teaching. It takes 20-40 points in the middle school exam questions (130 points in total) in our country. We all know that it is very important to learn to read in the modern society. This shows the importance of English reading. Nowadays, when the importance of English teaching is highlighted, how to improve the students’ English reading ability has become a topic of concern to the educational circles when faced with the serious drawbacks of English teaching in middle schools in our country. This article will combine the relevant theories of reading process in the foreign language teaching psychology to discuss the characteristics of reading teaching and its basic teaching requirements.
