重复加-卸载条件下大尺寸煤样的渗透性研究

为探讨采煤工作面瓦斯涌出量与矿山压力之间的关系,基于采煤工作面的边界条件,利用自行研制的煤-气耦合试验模拟系统,进行了不同加载路径下大尺寸煤样在双向应力作用下的渗透性试验.结果表明:试验过程中应力(应变)-声发射(煤岩破裂)-渗透率(流量)三者变化具有一致性和相互预兆关系.在首次加载过程中,煤样渗透率存在应力(应变)突变点,加载声发射出现间断性波动,煤样具有冲击性;一次卸载后的二次加载过程中煤样渗透率变化较为平缓,声发射均匀出现,煤样脆性大大降低.两次卸载中应力(应变)与渗透系数曲线路径不同,第1次卸载时存在渗透系数转折点,第2次卸载未出现渗透系数转折点.充分说明煤样渗透率与裂隙的发展变化有密切关系,煤样的第1次加-卸载大大减弱了煤样瓦斯突出的危险性. In order to explore the relationship between gas emission and coal mine pressure in coal mining face, based on the boundary conditions of coal mining face, a self-developed coal-gas coupling test simulation system was used to study the influence of coal loading The results show that the changes of stress (strain) - acoustic emission (coal and rock fracture) - permeability (flux) during the test have the consistency and mutual premonition.When the first loading process, Coal sample permeability has abrupt change point of stress (strain), intermittent fluctuation of loaded acoustic emission and impact of coal sample. During the second unloading, the change of coal sample permeability is gentle and acoustic emission appears uniformly. Coal sample The brittleness is greatly reduced.The stress (strain) and permeability coefficient curves of two unloading are different, the first unloading has the turning point of permeability coefficient, the second unloading does not appear the turning point of permeability coefficient.It fully expounds the coal permeability and the development and change of fractures There is a close relationship, the first sample of coal-unloading greatly reduced the risk of coal-like gas outburst.
