网壳锚喷支护在软岩巷道中的应用

研究了深井高地应力软岩巷道在其服务期间围岩变形特征与相适应的支护方式,将其划分为微变形、恒速变形与加速变形3个动态支护阶段.进入加速变形阶段时,巷道深部围岩已完成自组织应力平衡,但是浅部围岩已变得极度破碎,一种新型的网壳锚喷支护技术对这一阶段软岩巷道加固有非常好的适应性.研究设计了支护参数,进行了巷道收敛、支架内力的监测以及相关数据分析.结果表明:巷道进入加速变形阶段之后,网壳锚喷支护能够很好的控制软岩巷道变形,适应采动压力的影响,它比传统的支护方式更具有优越性,取得了理想的支护效果. The deformation characteristics and corresponding support methods of surrounding rock during the service period of deep well and high stress soft rock roadway are studied and divided into three dynamic support stages of micro deformation, constant velocity deformation and accelerated deformation.When entering the acceleration deformation stage, The deep surrounding rock of the tunnel has completed the self-organized stress balance, but the surrounding rock of the shallow part has become extremely broken. A new type of support technique of the bolt and shotcrete supporting the soft shell rock has a very good adaptability to the reinforcement of the soft rock roadway in this stage. The support parameters, the roadway convergence, the monitoring of internal force and the related data analysis were carried out.The results showed that after the tunnel entered the stage of accelerated deformation, the bolt and bolt support of the networked shell can well control the deformation of the soft rock roadway and adapt to the mining pressure Influence, it is more superior than the traditional support methods, and achieved the ideal support effect.
