穿层深孔水压控制爆破及其在防突工程中的应用

分析了国内外目前防突现状及技术措施,提出了整体卸压理念,开发了穿层深孔水压控制爆破技术并在煤层巷道掘进工作面进行了实际应用.穿层深孔水压控制爆破结合了爆破力和水力的双重作用,并发挥了两者的最佳优势.应用结果表明:该技术可用于具有突出或冲击危险的煤层,使钻孔之间互相连通、裂隙贯穿、煤层中的瓦斯得到排放、应力得到释放;同样条件下,卸压增透效果比普通的深孔控制爆破成倍提高.该技术实施后,己15-31010机巷掘进过程中安全性和工程进度明显提高,为高瓦斯、高应力、低透气性煤层的安全开采提供了一种新的技术措施,具有显著的经济和社会效益. The status quo of anti-outburst and technical measures at home and abroad are analyzed, the concept of overall pressure relief is put forward, the deep hole water pressure controlled blasting technology is developed, and the practical application is carried out in the driving face of coal seam roadway. Which combines the dual functions of blasting force and hydraulic force and exerts the best of both.The application results show that the technology can be applied to the coal seam which has the prominent or impact danger and the bores are connected with each other and the fissure penetrates through the coal seam Under the same conditions, the effect of pressure relief and anti-permeation is doubled compared with ordinary deep-hole controlled blasting.After the implementation of this technology, the safety and engineering progress of 15-31010 machine lane excavation process have been obviously improved, It provides a new technical measure for the safe mining of high-gas, high-stress and low-permeability coal seams, with obvious economic and social benefits.
