1病历摘要患者女,31岁,因妊娠4个月,腹痛伴头晕6h于2006年3月27日21时入院。该患20岁结婚,婚后一直未孕,15岁月经初潮,平素月经不规律(35～45d)。现妊娠4个月,孕期检查均正常。6h前突然下腹部疼痛,呈持续性疼痛,无阵发性加重,在当地卫生所给予对症治疗,无好转,急诊入院。查体:T
