患者女22岁,住院号2420。婚后停经12周,有明显早孕反应,腹部串气样疼伴下坠感十余日,近一天来下腹部剧痛,昏厥二次,于1988年2月4日急诊入院。平素健康,月经规律,有痛经史。检查:体温36.0℃,脉搏120次/分,呼吸略促,血压10.6/8.0kpa。面色苍白,神志清心肺理诊正常。腹部轻度膨隆,全腹均有压痛,反跳痛和肌紧张,以左下腹部为重,可叩及移动性浊音。阴道检查可见少许血性分泌物,宫颈举痛明显,子宫后位偏右
