曾宪一、高艳丽曾在《让学生自己管理》一文中用了一个形象的比喻,说班级管理“就如同一套闭路电视系统,班主任是遥控器,班干部是按键,班级是屏幕,学生的日常行为就是电视节目”。的确如此,我们要看到电视节目,按键是很重要的部件,因为频道、音量、色彩、背景等内容,都是通过按键来调节的,所以,班干部的地位是举足轻重的,是班级管理的核心和枢纽。那么,一个好的班干部群体有哪些特点呢?我们如何培养和使用班干部这个群体呢?下面我就结合自己的工作经历来谈谈这两个问题。
