有几个朋友坐在一起讨论企业管理的问题,其中有个朋友是个著名企业的总经理,他谈到一个问题真的比较尖锐,就是“员工互相议论和攻击”问题。当时谈到这个问题的时候我们几个人也都没有深入的交流这个问题。笔者王辉晚上回到住宿的地方之后,又回想起这个话题,忽然有了更多的感触和想法,这里拿出来和大家一起讨论和交流,同时也为每个企业在涉及到这个问题的时候提供一些思路和方法;当然我们分析问题的模式还是要素共鸣的模式对问题展开,并寻求解决方法!关于员工议论这个问题笔者王辉个人思考认为,情况应该不会脱离以下几个方面。
