目的初步探讨少精子症患者血清性激素水平与精液精子活动的曲线速度(VCL)、直线速度(VSL)、平均路经速度(VAP)的关系。方法采用电发光法检测166例少精子症患者和30例有正常生育能力的男性的血清中卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、垂体泌乳素(PRL)和睾酮(T)的水平,采用WLJY-9000型伟力彩色精子质量检测系统测定精液部分动态参数(VCL、VSL、VAP),并作出对比。结果少精子症患者血清FSH、LH、T水平与正常对照相比,差别有显著性意义(P<0.05);VCL、VSL、VAP与正常对照比较,差别有显著性意义(P<0.01),少精子症患者血液PRL水平与正常对照相比,差别无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论少精子症患者血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、和睾酮(T)的水平,直接影响精子的活动能力。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum sex hormone levels and sperm motility curve velocity (VCL), linear velocity (VSL) and mean path velocity (VAP) in patients with oligospermia. Methods The serum levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), pituitary prolactin (PRL) and testosterone (T) in 166 oligospermia patients and 30 normal fertile men Level, using the WLJY-9000 type Weili color sperm quality testing system to measure some of the dynamic parameters of semen (VCL, VSL, VAP), and make a comparison. Results The serum levels of FSH, LH and T in patients with oligospermia were significantly different from those in normal controls (P <0.05). There was significant difference between VCL, VSL and VAP in normal controls (P <0.01) There was no significant difference in blood PRL levels between oligospermia patients and normal controls (P> 0.05). Conclusions Serum FSH, LH and testosterone (T) levels in patients with oligospermia directly affect sperm motility.
