一、引言: 对于一个由Modicon 984系列可编程控制器构成的分布式系统而言,它具有故障分散、可靠性高、节省电缆等优点,尤其适合设备相对集中的控制场合。一个由984系列构成典型的分布式系统如图1所示: 各台PC通过通信网络互相连接起来,各任务之间的数据可以共享。 Modicon公司提供的人机接口设备是Modvue触摸式可编程控制中心,它经Modbus通信网络与多台PC进行通信。Modvue的监视屏上可分别同时显示不同的工序及变量的变化过程,操作人员可通过屏幕上的软件按钮直接控制现场开关。
I. Introduction: For a distributed system composed of Modicon 984 series programmable controllers, it has the advantages of decentralized faults, high reliability and cable saving, and is especially suitable for the control occasions where the equipment is relatively centralized. A 984 series constitute a typical distributed system shown in Figure 1: Each PC through the communication network connected to each other, the data between the tasks can be shared. The man-machine interface equipment offered by Modicon is the Modvue Touch Programmable Control Center, which communicates with multiple PCs over a Modbus communications network. Modvue monitor screen can simultaneously display different processes and variables change process, the operator can directly control the on-site switch through the on-screen software buttons.
