一、发明背景及特点南京船舶雷达研究所研制的小型晶体振荡器于1989年获国家专利,专利号:88219267。它是利用石英晶体作为基准频率的一种晶体振荡器。本晶体振荡器可广泛地应用于微波通信、雷达及一切对频率精度要求高的设备中。目前,国内外厂家生产的石英晶体的最高标称频率为200MHz。当需要基准频率高于200MHz时,一般都是采用晶体二极管或晶体三级管倍频方法来实现。在倍频中,要出现各次谐波成分,会出现信号在前后级间的反射,造成电路不稳定而影响频谱纯度,特别是在大功率的场合下使用大电流,容易造成晶体管的损坏。因此必须采用有效的阻止信号反射的措
I. Background and Characteristics of Invention The small crystal oscillator developed by Nanjing Marine Radar Institute won the national patent in 1989 with the patent number of 88219267. It is a crystal oscillator using a quartz crystal as a reference frequency. The crystal oscillator can be widely used in microwave communications, radar and all the high frequency accuracy of the equipment. At present, the highest nominal frequency of quartz crystal produced by domestic and foreign manufacturers is 200MHz.
