近年来中等职业学校的学生参加国家级、市级、区级技能竞赛越来越多。本文通过对北京市电气工程学校近5年参加电子各级技能的100多名学生进行的个案研究,发现参加过技能竞赛的学生,交流表达能力、与人合作能力、解决问题能力、改革创新能力、自我学习能力、信息处理能力,明显高于没有参加比赛的同学,进入工作岗位后,参赛同学的岗位适应能力、应变能力也优于没参赛的同学。因此,分析显示,技能竞赛有利于学生综合素质的提升。
In recent years, secondary vocational school students to participate in national, municipal, district-level skills competition more and more. Based on a case study of more than 100 students in BeijingElectrical Engineering Schoolwhich participated in all levels of electronic skills in the past five years, this article finds that students who have participated in skills competitions have the ability to communicate, cooperate with others, solve problems, and reform and innovate , Self-learning ability and information processing ability were significantly higher than those who did not participate in the competition. After entering the work position, the adaptability of the students participating in the competition was better than that of the non-participating students. Therefore, the analysis shows that skill competition is conducive to improving the overall quality of students.
