第一条为加强商品质量管理,保障生产者、销售者和用户、消费者的合法权益,根据《广州市禁止生产和经销假冒伪劣商品条例》的有关规定,结合本市的实际情况,制定本办法。第二条本办法所称商品质量报验,是指在本市行政区域内实施部分商品报验制度。第三条凡规定应报验的商品,其生产者或供货者应依本办法规定进行报验。第四条本办法由广州产品质量监督管理部门负责组织实施。
