目的:探讨纯钛微弧氧化载杜仲提取物生物膜层对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及成骨细胞生物相容性的影响。方法:纯钛微弧氧化—多巴胺复合处理为对照A组,纯钛微弧氧化—多巴胺—0.003125 g/ml、0.00625 g/ml、0.009375 g/ml杜仲提取物复合处理依次为实验B、C、D组。纯钛微弧氧化—多巴胺—杜仲提取物复合处理试件与金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌37℃恒温箱内培养,覆膜法检测抗菌性;采用CCK-8法,激光共聚焦显微镜,ALP法检测试件的细胞相容性。结果:实验组C、D组较A、B组具有较强的抗菌性。CCK-8与ALP结果显示,实验组试件表面相比对照组更有利于细胞的黏附与增殖,顺序为C>D>B>A,且4组差异均具有统计学意义。激光共聚焦细胞骨架形态学显示C、D两组更利于细胞的铺展和交联。结论:4组材料均有良好的生物相容性,且C组纯钛微弧氧化—多巴胺—0.00625 g/ml杜仲提取物生物相容性最佳。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the biocompatibility of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and osteoblasts induced by micro-arc oxidation of Biocompound with Biogas Coating. Methods: The treatment of pure titanium by micro-arc oxidation-dopamine complex was the control group A, the micro-arc oxidation-dopamine -0.003125 g / ml, 0.00625 g / ml, 0.009375 g / Group D Pure titanium micro-arc oxidation - dopamine - Eucommia extract composite treatment specimens and Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli 37 ℃ incubator culture, detection of antibacterial coating method; using CCK-8 method, laser scanning confocal microscopy, ALP method Test specimen for cell compatibility. Results: The experimental group C, D group than the A, B group has strong antibacterial activity. The results of CCK-8 and ALP showed that the adhesion and proliferation of cells in the experimental group were more favorable than the control group in the order of C> D> B> A, and the differences among the four groups were statistically significant. Laser confocal cytoskeleton morphology showed C and D groups were more conducive to cell spreading and crosslinking. CONCLUSION: All four materials have good biocompatibility, and the best biocompatibility of Eucommia extract of C-group micro-arc oxidation-dopamine -0.00625 g / ml is obtained.
