油气资源是保障国家经济、政治、军事安全的重要战略物资。随着国民经济的持续快速发展,能源特别是油气资源的供需矛盾越来越凸现出来,已经成为制约经济和社会发展的主要瓶颈。
Oil and gas resources are important strategic materials for ensuring the country’s economic, political and military security. With the sustained and rapid development of the national economy, the contradiction between supply and demand of energy, especially oil and gas resources, has become increasingly prominent. This has become the major bottleneck that restricts economic and social development.
