在我国目前来看,残疾人在社会工作中发现他们所面临的问题主要都是来源于就业、心理、婚姻家庭这三个方面。本文从残疾人在社会工作中所面临的问题出发,研究分析导致这些问题的主要原因。希望通过优势视角,对残疾人所具有的优势和资源给予关注、探索以及利用,以良好的心态来达成残疾人的自我价值的实现。
In our country at present, people with disabilities find that the problems they face in their social work mainly come from three aspects: employment, psychology and marriage and family. This article starts from the problems faced by disabled people in social work and analyzes and analyzes the main reasons leading to these problems. It is hoped that through the superiority perspective, we will pay close attention to, explore and utilize the advantages and resources of handicapped people so as to achieve the realization of the self-worth of handicapped people with a good attitude.
