随着数字化时代的来临,高校图书馆馆员必须适应新形势的要求,利用各种途径学习,不断提高自己的专业素质、思想道德素质和发展创新素质等。图书馆应把职工的学习和提高作为日常工作的一个重要组成部分,形成良好的学习氛围,为工作人员整体素质的提高探索出更加有效的途径。
With the advent of the digital age, university librarians must adapt themselves to the requirements of the new situation, learn through various channels and constantly improve their professional qualities, ideological and moral qualities, and the development of innovative qualities. Libraries should regard the study and improvement of staff and workers as an important part of their daily work to form a good atmosphere for learning and explore more effective ways to improve the overall quality of staff.
