比较了长波(8~12μm)红外透射材料的性能,ZnS是较好的长波窗口和头罩材料,描述了ZnS的三种不同制备的工艺,同时对三种工艺获得的ZnS的光学、力学和热性能进行了分析和比较,作为多波段应用多光谱ZnS是唯一的材料,而对高速飞行器上的窗口和头罩应用CVDZnS则是比较好的材料。
The performance of long wavelength (8 ~ 12μm) infrared transmission materials was compared. ZnS is a good long-wave window and hood material. Three different ZnS production processes were described. The optical and mechanical properties of ZnS Thermal properties were analyzed and compared as multi-band applications of multi-spectral ZnS is the only material, and high-speed aircraft window and hood CVDZnS is a good material.
