德育工作是职业教育的一个重要组成部分,它是以职业学校学生为对象,以学校的培养目标和人才素质标准为依据,以教育科学为理论指导。遵循教育规律,学生身心发展规律以及品德形成规律进行的教育活动。职业学校的学生与普通学校学生相比,都有年龄相同,心理特征相似之处,但职业学校学生的理想比较具体,学习行为,品德培养的目的性较强,近期动力受社会就业动向影响较大,面向社会迎接竞争与挑战的压力更为突出,也就是说他们的理想更为突出,也就是说他们的理想更具体化,学习更具实用化,就业更具现实化。因此,对他们要经常进行职业理想,职业道德,职业心理、职业法规、职业纪律和职业行为规范的品德教育。
