建立了对面粉中曲酸测定的高效液相色谱方法。以水为提取溶剂,采用振荡和离心对样品进行处理,以甲醇—磷酸二氢钾(0.05mol/L、pH值3)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,在273nm波长下检测。结果表明:在4~100mg/L浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数R=0.999,目标物的加标回收率99.05%~105.1%,RSD=0.066%,最低检测限为1.0mg/L。该方法具有灵敏度高,精密度和准确度良好,分析速度快,操作简单等优点。
A high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of kojic acid in flour was established. The sample was treated by shaking and centrifuging with water as the extraction solvent. The mobile phase was methanol - potassium dihydrogen phosphate (0.05 mol / L, pH 3), the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the wavelength was 273 nm. The results showed that the linearity was good in the range of 4-100 mg / L with the correlation coefficient R = 0.999. The spiked recoveries of the target compounds ranged from 99.05% to 105.1% with RSD of 0.066% and the lowest detection limit was 1.0 mg / L. The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, good precision and accuracy, fast analysis, simple operation and the like.
