1.怎样检查电容器是否完好? 答:为了避免触点14和15(图1)在电流被切断时所产生的火花烧坏,与触点并联一个0.25做法的电容器。当喇叭触点烧蚀、氧化很快,直接影响发声时,应先检查电容器外壳与卡箍搭铁是否良好、触点臂与电容器连接是否正确。如均正常,可拆下电容器,用下述方法检查: 在220伏交流电源中串联一只15瓦灯泡,与电容器连接如图2。观察其现象:如试灯很亮,说明电容器内部短路。如试灯发暗,可断开电路,用电容器火线对其外壳(或另一极)自行放电(图3),若出现强烈兰火花表示电容器良好;若无火花表示电容器内部断路。
1. How to check if the capacitor is intact? A: In order to avoid the sparks generated by the contacts 14 and 15 (Figure 1) when the current is cut off, connect a 0.25-way capacitor in parallel with the contacts. If there is a strong blue spark, the capacitor is good; if there is no spark, it means the capacitor is disconnected internally.
