水损坏是高速公路沥青路面早期损坏中常见形式之一。影响路面水损坏的因素很多,沥青混凝土的空隙率是其中的一个重要因素。文章通过针对高速公路沥青路面水损坏现象进行的实测数据与试验,分析沥青混凝土空隙率与水损坏的关系,探讨了水损坏的产生、发展过程。结果表明沥青路面局部空隙率偏大与病害易产生和发展有直接关系,车辆荷载产生的动水压力加剧了路面破坏过程,而有效的层间防水措施会减缓水分进入路面内部,使路面的病害主要集中在路面上层,便于开展养护工作。
Water damage is one of the most common forms of early damage to freeway asphalt pavements. Affect the pavement water damage many factors, the porosity of asphalt concrete is one of the important factors. The article analyzes the relationship between the voidage and the water damage of asphalt concrete through the measured data and test for water damage of asphalt pavement in expressway, and discusses the generation and development of water damage. The results show that the local porosity of asphalt pavement is too large and the disease is prone to produce and develop a direct relationship, the hydrodynamic pressure generated by the vehicle load aggravates the pavement damage process, and effective inter-layer waterproofing measures will slow down the water into the road surface, the road disease Mainly concentrated in the upper pavement, easy to carry out maintenance work.
