我们以指尖血检查了833名海南汉族人和328名海南黎族人的ABO血型,用Bernstein方法估计血型基因频率。其结果是:海南汉族人的A基因频率为0.1578,B基因频率为0.1809,O基因频率为0.6613。海南黎族人的A基因频率为0.1785.B基因频率为0.2047.O基因频率为0.6166。此结果表明海南ABO血型分布完全符合中国人ABO血型分布特点,并无例外。若以遗传距离d≤25×10-4作为无显著差异的标准,则海南汉族可归入中国东南地区组。海南黎族与其他群体比较有一定差异,可自成一类。本结果充实了中国人ABO血型分布中海南汉族和黎族人的ABO血型资料,对研究各民族的渊源关系有一定的参考意义。
We used the fingertip blood to examine the ABO blood type of 833 Hainan Hans and 328 Hainan Lis, and to estimate the blood group gene frequency using the Bernstein method. As a result, the frequency of the A gene in Hainan Han population was 0.1578, the frequency of the B gene was 0.1809, and the frequency of the O gene was 0.6613. The frequency of A gene in Hainan Li people is 0.1785. The frequency of B gene is 0.2047. The O gene frequency is 0.6166. This result shows that the ABO blood group distribution in Hainan fully accords with the Chinese ABO blood group distribution characteristics, and there is no exception. If the genetic distance d ≤ 25×10-4 is a criterion with no significant difference, the Han Chinese in Hainan can be grouped into the Southeast China region. There are certain differences between the Li nationality in Hainan and other groups, which can be self-contained. This result enriches the ABO blood group data of Han Chinese and Li nationality in ABO blood group distribution of Chinese people, and has certain reference significance for studying the origin relationship of various ethnic groups.
