套管和成穴装置是烟苗井窖式移栽成穴机的核心部件,在工作时都承受了手持压力和土壤的反作用力,极易变形,且成穴装置工作时处于高速旋转和振动状态,因此,在对其进行设计机械结构时形变和振动是必需考虑的因素。该文通过典型受力分析和计算,用ANSYS软件对其进行应力形变分析及模态分析,获得了最大形变量和最大应力,并给出了前10阶成穴装置模态分析频率值,表明整个装置能满足强度要求,并有一定的富裕,为进一步优化结构提供了参考。
