用透射电子显微术对Ni-Cr基自溶合金喷熔层进行了微观研究。研究表明:该喷熔层有着非常丰富而复杂的微观结构。通过对喷熔层薄膜的观察,电子衍射和电子衍衬分析,发现Ni_3Si相以弥散沉淀形式存在于Ni-Cr固溶体母体中,是一种有序超结构相,它与母体保持着共格关系;并观察到有CrB相及以颗粒形式分布于喷熔层中的Cr_7C_3碳化物和具有长周期结构特征的Ni_(16)Cr_6Si_7相。观察中还发现与喷熔层相接的45号钢基体中由于应变造成的大量位错纠缠、滑移、甚至微观裂缝。
The microstructures of Ni-Cr-based autolysis alloy sprayed layers were investigated by transmission electron microscopy. Research shows that the spray layer has a very rich and complex microstructure. Through the observation of the sprayed film, electron diffraction and electron diffraction analysis, it is found that the Ni_3Si phase exists in the matrix of Ni-Cr solid solution in the form of dispersed precipitation and is an ordered super-structural phase, which maintains a coherent relationship with the matrix ; And the CrB phase and the Cr_7C_3 carbides distributed in the sprayed layer in the form of particles and the Ni_ (16) Cr_6Si_7 phase having the long periodical structure were observed. During the observation, it was also found that a large amount of dislocations, slippage and even micro-cracks due to strain were found in the steel substrate 45 connected to the sprayed layer.
