用氧乙炔焰在42CrMo母材上喷熔镍基合金,研究喷熔层多冲裂纹萌生与扩展以及磨损性能。结果表明,熔熔层也可提高多冲裂纹的萌生寿命,降低裂纹在喷熔层内的扩展速率,提高多冲抗力。
Nickel-based alloys were sprayed on 42CrMo base metal with oxyacetylene flame to study the initiation and propagation of multi-punch cracks in the sprayed layer and its wear properties. The results show that the melt layer can also improve the germination life of the multi-impact crack, reduce the rate of crack propagation in the spray layer, and improve the multi-impact resistance.
